A lot of the times this is how it goes.. This time around they are making a HUGE amount of the proto stamped ones.

It seems like Innova's hotstamp quality has been lacking lately. The Japan National rocs had both missing and excess foil, and the Roc3 on ebay right now has some dropouts as well. They must really be pumping these out...

The roc3 on ebay is over 70 dollars. I can wait till wed to get mine. For 19.99.
