I like it. Easily the best yet. What did you mix the dye with?

Dye was mixed with hand soap, water, and acetone. Throwing it on a white disc helps out.

It looks way better in person.... sorry I only have access to yellow-hued lights.... I will take a pic outside tomorrow when the sun is out.

Needless to say that the owner of this star wedge is very happy.

I have read every page post and multiple sights on brainwaving. I have dyed with a potters wheel, sin vinyl, etc. . ......
I have owned a few grape jeff ashe brainwave dyes....which I loved. I had one stolen and lost one. I am gonna pay homage to the brainwave master by attempting some tonight. I am gonna use shaving cream, mixed with foam hair mouse, some liquid rit dye and a little liquid detergent. I also am gonna experiment by mixing in some grape smelling hairspray this I think can be used by itself or slongside detergemt. I know I have just dyed with dye and alcohol before and hairspray is alcohol based. So I am trying to help add to an already amazing homage to the master of the wave. I also thought about possibley throwing some protective spray that people put on art canvases. Thanks for everything, everyone has contributed. I will post pics of each one as they finish, trying to wait at least 24 hours to rinse off my first attempt. Side note, Dr Dye, Brainwave and Wye-Dye have always been my favorite dyes. And the originally factory dye like versions of Dark Side of the Moon on the CE plastic. Cheers keep dying and brainstorming
