Please look up red pigment dyes and observe that iron and all of it's high molecular weight are inherent.

So, gravity would account for the "stuff" in the plastic that you're talking about moving laterally, from the center of the disc out to the rim? I didn't know they spun discs at high RPM's while cooling.

LOL, okay, but I still would like to know how as plastic contracts during cooling, that you somehow have if moving laterally and gathering density on the outside of the disc. I'll leave you with that.

It's not moving laterally. It moves from center of dome to the outer edges even in miniscule almost lateral migrations.
