Here's one of those those things that's either "novel and unique" or "gimmicky," depending on your point of view:
Finnon Reservoir DGC: Placerville, CA
Hole 12:

View from tee:

View of tee - you throw from inside the old water tower.

no pix of 12's basket

I'd say novel, unique and gimmicky. However, all 3 can be condensed to AWESOME.

BAP Disc Golf: Gorham, ME
Hole 14:
Doesn't that look invitingly green? ...hope it still looks that nice.

FYI - looks like we've got hits for the next several lengths, so if you've been following this thread, you might want to post while the searching's still relatively easy.

... and since we're getting close, if the person who posts 817' wouldn't mind using Marana Rock, there's still a chance to get every state mentioned in the thread. Believe it or not, Arizona hasn't seen any love in this thread, and I think that might be their last shot.

For those who know a thing or two about Greeek Mythology, it only seems fitting that Sisyphus posted Slippery Rock and Marana Rock.

Thank you, thank you very much...I'm here all week, and try the veal.

...and you, sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. Well a scholar, at least, right?

I'll return from the dead for this one

818 feet
#18 Ashe County Park (aka the High Country course), Jefferson, NC. One of the most amazing holes of disc golf anywhere. It's a 140 foot drop from tee pad to the basket.

Hate to be a buzz kill and I'm not trying to stir anything up but the water tower hole at finnon has a couple pin positions one at 415' and one that's a bit shorter. None of the positions are anywhere near 813'. Sorry if this screws anything up
