Multiples of the Same Mold

Just have a few multiples of your main discs. I have 3 Rocs, 4 Eagles, and 3 Wraiths in the bag. I don't worry about multiples for many other molds. As Mashnut said, try to get discs you know you like when you place at tournaments and such.

Good advice! I did this and have over 40+ backup rocs that I essentially paid nothing for.

I carry multiples of these molds:

Pure (Opto for driving and putting and eze for less stable driving)
Saint (GL for hyzer flips and Opto more stable shots)
Zone (FLX for less skip and Crystal Z)
Flow (GL or long hyzer flip drives and Opto for more stable shots)

I have many backups of these and my River!

When i buy a new disc like my Volt or Amp, i try to buy a good variety usualy 4-5 discs

each of varying colors/weights.. this way i can get a good feel for how the variation affects flight. In the case of MVP discs its very small variance usually. maybe only 5-10% difference.

But with stuff from Innova its good to buy multiples because there will always be discs that fly completely different with huge variation so it becomes even more important to buy more to find the one you want.

I have a Gateway putter addiction, mainly because there are so many different blends, textures, etc. In Wizards and Magics, I have G9i, Mediums, Softs, Super Softs, Super Stupid Softs, SSSS, RFF, Chalky, Eraser, Organic, E HPP, and clear E HPP. Each one is awesome in their own way.

I carry multiples of every disc in my bag because I'm a weirdo and have the hardest time throwing something I'm not used to if I lose one.

I tend to pair a freshie with a beat disc. Covers different shots without having a bunch different molds.
