it's truly just sticking with it. don't change anything in your mechanics if you practiced hard enough it will pull through. once you change stuff around then you have to many things going on and will miss more often

its mostly about squaring your body... you are jumping to create momentum so use that momentum to push the disc forward in a straight line.
