No yet to do that. I'd rather play through and hope they have no clue who I am.... Maybe 1 day the will have a "omg" moment when they figure out why I threw a decent shot.

what percentage of energy would you say you use in your legs on a distance drive? I'm finding more energy in the legs is helping, but it feels more difficult to stay balanced. Also,

I feel like a reach back just past my body is optimal for me; is the true key to adding distance here more about longer reach back or timing it right? Max d is ~400 now

A lot of power for me comes from my legs. The hips are about 70 percent of my power I would say. The arm is like a whip, if you ever look at baseball pitchers they are almost the same way.

Your reach back only works if you can pull it through with speed still. So if a long reach back doesn't help get D find a way to speed up your pull through.

Loved his old stuff now he is doing anything for attention.

Fwhy, I am a big fan of you and mj now bc of these threads.

I don't think there is a reason to move up. I'm comfortable enough with the destroyer to cover ever shot I need.... So I would say not in the near future.

Can you clarify this? How are you deriving power from a leg that's not pushing into the ground (your back leg)?



You're on your toes from the end of your reach-back and then rolling over onto your toes before you even get to your sternum.
