What Trophy lacks in elevation, it makes up for in water.

Shouldn't the course designer take into consideration Par, or whatever you want to call it, when designing a hole? If 99% of shots from Gold level players don't put you in a putting situation, but instead leaves them with a 200' to the basket, how is this a good hole. The same hole for Blue level players left with a 300' shot to the basket becomes a great hole. I've got to believe designers can figure out a way to tweak their courses to make them more of a challenge and give much greater separation in scoring.

NO doubt. Especially from the long tees...some of the most sphincter tingling risk/reward decisions out there.

Mela Walls you should hear some of the area "pros" complain about these
I see them as neccesary evils to promote specific lines that save foliage and test your game.

No we shouldn't! I shanked a drive from the long tee pad into one of those last time I was there. That little round plastic thing found a way to burrow way down into those logs. Way too much space between the logs. If you re going to build those walls, build them tight dammit. I am Sloppydisc for a reason.

Or aren't those the ones at Tyler St Park???? It looks like it, but on second look I am not as sure.

It's the disc golf equivalent to a sand trap.

haha!! that's just mean. why not just put arrows on the trees and make them mandys? this seems a little overboard. next they will have people standing behind trees with fishing nets trying to swype the discs as they fly by. haha! awesome.

It's Tyler... and maybe you shouldn't be throwing from the longs.
