I'm sure that if you contacted them via Facebook, you'd be able to work something out with them.

I really want to like this bag, my only beef with it is the lack of actual water bottle holders. I don't want to lose the side pockets to carry water. I'm hoping that maybe the design will change back to include them.

I know John well, and I am surprised. I will ask him about it today.

Big Hyzer is basically a one man operation at the moment. John takes negative comments very personally, so does not read these threads. He is passionate about disc golf and his company, and I am sure that he is not intentionally ignoring anyone's emails.

The Ergos are even better in person than in the pictures/videos. Congrats to all of you who have already ordered one, you will not be disappointed.

IMO the bag stands up very well on hills. The internal frame is designed specifically for this purpose. It is more stable than my Cabelas bag. I have never seen the bag tip over and discs fall out. The hanging tongue can be rolled up and kept out of the way, or used as a disc pocket. When there is a disc in it, it hangs nicely on the front of the bag.

I haven't carried the bag during a round myself, so haven't paid much attention to what kind of water bottles can be accommodated. I will check and post later.

Did you post to the wall or send him a private message?

I do wish he had a presence on here for those of us that are buying, but I don't blame him for staying away. There is a lot of nastiness here. If he takes negative comments that personally, I don't see him in business very long. His designs are all outside the norm, so he should expect people to be critical.

That said, I bought one, and I'm a little worried about getting in touch with him if I have any problems with the bag. I believe his bags are of a high enough quality that I shouldn't have any, but I also believe in Murphy's Law.
