But seriously, yeah. That's my only concern is how it's going to hold my water bottles, which are essential to me in the summer.

So I've been trying some different styles of pulls to see what I want to put on my new Ergo. They all have room for improvement. The ones with two end knots are going to be replaced with singles. The one on the right won't have so many missing rows either.

I'm leaning towards the middle with a mix of Bengals and Buckeyes colors. What do you guys think?

^^ I'd go with the first set to match the bag colors, but that's just me...

Looks like we are still on track for May 1 shipping. Hoping it gets to CA by that weekend, but I think that is wishful thinking at this point. Either way, still pumped.

I am anxious to get this bag. I wish another sponsored player, Schusterick or Nikko especially, would do a video like Hokom's or just post some more pics.

The colors aren't what's important. Once I figure out which knots I want to use, I'll make new ones for the bag.

Agreed. Her video is what made me decide. I would love to see another in-depth perspective from another wearer.

I've hit the BH Facebook page asking for more photos. Nothing yet,

Ahh, now I'm picking up what you're putting down. The middle ones, for sure.

I sent Brad Schick a PM seeing if he'd put something together, videowise. He was really helpful answering some of my questions when I was deciding on a bag. Hopefully he has the time to make it happen.

I'll admit I've been less than pleased with John's social media communication, but he replied to my bag color change emails within a few hours so I'll give him a pass on FB/DGCR requests. I know that if I were in his shoes, I would tire very quickly of answering repetitive questions (a lot of those on Facebook). Also, seeing how quickly things went south in the Contender thread over some small (to me) issues, I don't blame John for being a little withdrawn.

Thanks for the vote, onemile. I like the left and middle the best, but I think the left won't stay together very well.

Sent a second email two days ago, following up the original I sent a few weeks back. Still no response, I wonder what gives. Saw Nikko's in person at Ozark Mountain, I'm pretty pumped to get mine. Looks a lot smaller than similar bags that boast similar carrying capacity.

Is it an email just to order? The preorders are on the site. As far as other questions, fire away in this thread and we'll try to help. BH isn't always quick to respond, but I won't have an issue until it is about something major.

been stalking this thread & checking out all the different backpacks out there - pulled the trigger today on the Ergo. Red & black (since the olive green & black is apparently a custom Shusterick model) - order # 324 (I think). I can not wait until this gets to my door.

I've been carrying a Fade Tourney bag, and played two tourney's this past weekend - rigged a small camping chair to the straps, and broke one of the plastic pieces that the straps attach to on the back of the bag (luckily had a spare carbiner to fix it on the spot) - sucked, but it gave me the perfect reason to finally breakdown & buy a backpack.
