Just got my pink 2014 tour series.
It's definitely a firm disc, but it honestly feels like my DX Aviars. Is it better once broken in?

I haven't had a chance to use mine a lot, but it does get better feeling with time. I love the disc for a nice warm day, but it was just a little too stiff and slick for this past Ice Bowl that I was in. I am hoping that by next winter it will be broke in enough to use all year long.

Yes if you feel one that has been broken in the feel and look of the plastic changes over time, but comparing it to DX is a disservice to the plastic. KC Pro is much closer to DX than this plastic.

edit - I am speaking in terms of putters. Some of the KC Rocs are close to the McPro in feel. Even then it depends on which run.

Mcpro is like the stiffest blend of Kc pro i've felt. I hope it doesn't feel like DX now

I just got 2 black McPro aviars. I love the stiffness for push putting, and I like how much straighter I can get it (compared to when I would push putt with KC aviars). Still going to keep the KC aviars for outside the circle, probably, but I plan on keeping the McPros for as long as they keep working for me.

I did notice they were very slick when I got them. But literally one round of hitting metal, dirt, and one unfortunate tree, and I don't notice it anymore. Visually, it doesn't look like it lost its slickness, so either I got used to it or its got enough dirt on it to feel used.

Which run?
I know the First Release had orange (peach really), yellow, pink (magenta), and black.
The 2X runs had two shades of blue too.
The current run has a slew of new choices.
