MVP Shock

Sorry I am super late to the party here, but I have skimmed through some of this thread and saw that there are 'old run' and 'new run' shocks. I recently bought a shock (2-3 weeks ago), is there any visible way to tell which 'run' I received?? (if this question has been answered, anyone know which page of the thread I can search on) Thank you for your help.

you probably have an old run. The new runs are just now reaching stores I believe. Disc Nation might be the only ones with the Newest Run too.

Yeah, if you got your Shock 2-3 weeks ago, then you have a first run.

Don't worry though, if you contact mvp, they will replace your old run with a new run

Out of the MVP drivers the Volt is the longest for me so far...haven't thrown the shock nearly as much yet.

I'm loving the old run Shocks for forehand! Stable, but not so overstable that it masks serious form mistakes. Now I just need to come to terms with the fact that I fell for a disc that was immediately redesigned

Not redesigned, tweaked in the machine... there were plenty of 1st Runs that came out looking JUST LIKE the new type. Compare PLH and trust that more than anything, including knowledge of which run it's from.
