Putting Technique

Here is a video of me putting a little.

I would like to know the style of putting I do and if the jump putt is legal. I don't make all of them because of just messing around with video. (I just missed them okay?) But just out of curiosity, I'm asking yall. What ya think?

Something went wrong. Please make sure you added the video correctly. Click here to see how YouTube videos should be embedded. There could also be a technical issue that's not your fault. Click here to view the video on YouTube's site. If this link doesn't work, you did something wrong.

When I freeze frame it looks as though your right foot is still on the ground when your putter is released. As long as you're outside 10M you should be good.

I'd say it's more push putt than spin putt. Assuming the putt is beyond 10m it looks legal. Other than that it looks like you have a lot of extra motion and rush it a little.

Cool I was worried about my left foot. And okay I do a push putt thing with a little flick of the hand to put spin on it. But it doesn't go really far if it gets in the wind or if I putt it too high.

Rushed it a little so that the video would be long. Thanks for the fast replies!

I have a new Driving video uploading now so be on the look out sidewinder!

Looks like you got a pretty solid bag set up. I played my 1st tourny last year. Managed to play 5 moved up through novice to rec to intermediate. Trying to get to advance by summer hopefully. You playing an ice bowl or starting this spring?

First tourney is on Feb 24th then it's full blast from there. And I'm starting out in INT. I can beat Advance people on really really good putting days. (Like the days where everything just goes in...)

And I know a lot of people now from playing a lot of dubs and they would probably give me a lot of crap if I played Rec. Haha.
