find a mold you like and stick with it.

I like the flat dx glow rancho. . .super stable new and slowly will beat into a nice turnover disc

I never could get used to the shape of a regular roc. I tried the Roc+, and I was able to throw it almost as far as my fairway drivers with little effort when I tried my friends roc+ the other day.

Go with a Wasp, they are much like a Roc but the release is smoother. I never could throw a Roc with any consistency. I switched to a Buzzz and never looked back.
