Looking for a new bag

I am currently on the lookout for a new bag. My price range is around $200. I have a pdga tournament bag right now but am looking to upgrade to a true backpack type bag. Any input is appreciated.

How many discs are you looking to carry?

I presently have 25 in mine right now but I could definitely get away with less than that.

There has been much deliberation on this. If you wanted to take a look Im sure you will find some answers that will help out your decision

Personally, GorillaBoy Simian is my vote (and current bag). I dont carry a ton of discs and have about 13/14 in the main compartment, a putter in each putter pocket and I carry 2 extra in one of the side pockets. All stacked out Im sure the bag could hold about 25 give or take. I just enjoy it because of the storage capacity. Im a bit of a nut and always pack way more than I need. There was a time early in leagues this year I took off my hockey jersey and a sweatshirt, and was able to stuff both in the bag with the discs still easily accessable.

It fits me comfortably as I have a longer torso so it rides great. The other main seller for me was not having to carry a stool around since its the only true 'set and sit' bag. You dont have to pull anything out or prop something up in order to have a nice padded seat readily available. The materials are top notch and Chris is a great guy with an even better product

One of my buddies has one and I always find myself sitting on it even though I have a stool. Lol. How much money are we looking at for one?

My personal vote is the Grip. There's a reason it's as popular as it is and a reason a lot of other bags have copied it.

It's well made, holds as many as you need (I hold 21--18 in the main compartment, 3 in the putter pocket) and has a great warranty.

A lot of people like Simians, but I want more disc storage and I also (personally) don't like the look of the PVC frame. It may hold up, but it "looks" cheap to me.
