well i dont have a buzz but i can forehand on a flat plane with most of my discs. Also when i first started playing a while back i had major OAT issues.(keeping my elbow tight) Correct me if im wrong but the biggest giveaway of OAT is flutter at the start of your throw?? That rarely happens anymore. When i throw elbow out i can put all of my strength into my throws and while i dont play with pros im almost always the most accurate and furthest out there. I get good wrist snap as well. I'll get a video so we can do a proper critique. I only have my ipad right now and cant get the videos off my go pro. Thanks for the help everyone.

flutter is a sign of not enough spin on the disc. Which means you aren't getting good snap. Forehand does not involve arm strength; only wrist strength and snap. Throwing with your arm will apply OAT which is what you're doing. Most likely you are throwing too much with your arm and not getting the snap and rip you need.

If your throw doesn't feel effortless, then you are doing it wrong. Even if it means dropping 50-100ft of distance. Distance comes from the legs and core.
