AJ: it seems like DG puts some pretty high stress on the spinal discs and vertebrae with the compression and rotation that happen simultaneously during a drive type shot especially. Any advice for ways (workouts, stretches, technique changes) to prevent damage to spinal discs, etc so people can enjoy playing pain-free into their later years? Or is it kind of inevitable that there'll eventually be some damage to these areas?
Oh, and how are you liking the new signature star teebirds innova made for you? How are they flying compared to your older kc teebirds, and have any of them made it into your bag? Last edited by phrumphkin; 04-25-2013 at 01:13 AM. |
