dave has always been able to put away some food...

i agree with Giles- the courses in vegas and arizona won't test these guys comfort with the new discs much... an overstable driver and a putter is all they need in the desert for the most part.

He throws Eagle X's that are typically more stable then a River, Escape or any other Lat fairway for that matter. But the more beat ones will fly like those although, the Escape is a faster disc then both a Teebird and Eagle and carries alot farther, it will definetly take an adjustment period.

The flat First Run Strikers I had seasoned to fly more like Eagles than TeeBirds. Mine always lost HSS before most of the LSS. Admittedly they are faster than Eagles, but they power down well like PDs. Great line shapers. The mold just isn't that consistent.

In my experience, the D1 is really close to a Destroyer, which is what every Innova pro throws except in the craziest of conditions

I couldn't say what they were throwing "the most" but Sunday at Vista, Nikko and Uli were throwing D1s.

(Once again, I couldn't say he was throwing it the most but for a few drives Feldberg was throwing a Westside Giant.)

He should be honored to throw said plastic. That said, I still like that he's on the team. He does do a lot for the sport and will be a great rep for a company that needs a bigger foot hold in the U.S. if only for the sake of getting more Swedish plastic over here for me to select from.

For the record:

Discs don't win championships, players do.
I've had some difficulty finding a turnover driver in a DD/Lat bag I'm working on. Even the River is OS for me, and I don't care for super light weights like the Diamond. I ordered some test plastic Rivers. I hope those do the trick.

you should try a 160's Northmen by Westside, you should be able to turn that over
