Suggestions. Probably not the best video for critiquing. This is a full power 475ish Destroyer throw. Critique away though.

Not too shabby. Looks like you plant a bit flat footed and your weight is little behind the heel so the foot pivot is a little late and there's some extra torque/stress. Hard to tell how far forward your elbow gets between the camera angle and frame rate.
