Hey do you know of a good video or something for the plant foot? Footwork, weight shift, rotation, any other stuff?
Everything else seems reasonably rhythmic and/or I just need to practice it more. But when I do the plant foot toe to heel and then rotate on the heel (I think that's the correct sequence of events) I always feel extremely off balance and awkward.
The increased hip/shoulder rotation seem to be helping, although I'll definitely need to practice the timing some more. Right now it still feels clunky. Threw over 400' relatively consistantly today, and had a couple throws over 485'. But I also had a tailwind, so the numbers are going to be inflated.
