DGCR has the most durable scorecards around , so you should pick up a booklet of them.

I use Disc Caddy exclusively to keep score. It is essentially a scorecard on your phone that keeps track of your Plus minus. You have to enter the courses in but do it once and they are saved forever. No other information other then par but if you play the courses a lot you really don't need it. It works great when you come home and enter your stats in your scorebook on here. Also has a setting for multiple players to keep track of scores quickly without the need for pencil and paper.

If you have Android, you can't do much better than Easy Scorecard.

I liked the free version so much, I ponied up $4 for the Pro version, which is a much more robust scoring experience.

Highly recommended.

I use DiscGolfBuddy because I use a windows phone. The best I've seen is Discasaurus because it keeps all your scores for each course at a handy site on the net. You can see other's scores too.
