Where to begin? Id like to setup a course in a local state park

Well, i recently noticed that park near by was recently renovated, however has nothing in it except a tiny playground at the very end. Its clydesdale park in st louis missouri (for you google earthers)
I would love to setup a disc golf course in this park.
Where do i begin? Do i try to find the park director? Contact the state?
What do you guys think?

Contact the St. Louis club or Dave McCormick at Gateway to find out if there have been any efforts in this direction already.

I sent an email to the creative director of the st louis disc golf club, just waiting to hear back. Aren't there directors for each park?

Not sure how it works but I think they might have a "Captain" for each course as a contact person.

Yea, each already built course has a captain but since this park does not have a course yet, I cant seem to find a name attached to this park specifically.

Contact the park director. Ask if disc golf is a possibilty. That's the best way to start.
