Drills to help reach pack and pull through in a straight line.

I cannot seem to pull back in a straight line, and therefore dont pull through in amstraight line. Is there any drills out there to help me with my problem.

Whether or not your pull through is a straight line doesn't actually matter that much. You can probably generate a lot more power if you don't, actually. The hammer pound drills and then building your throw from the hit back are both designed to show you how to pull through correctly by focusing on learning what feels right and then building your throw around that.

It's probably because you aren't using your body. Keep the disc stationary and work your body around the disc instead of moving the disc into reachback. Keeping the arm rather loose and using the hips/body to reachback helps.

First post so I don't know how to embed a video... Lookup "Avery Jenkins drives in slow-motion" on youtube. Stop the video at the 12 second mark. Look at his feet in the picture on the right. Avery doesn't set down his pivot foot in line with his hips. It is a little further to the left of the teepad. Mimicking this has helped me use my hips to pull my arm through in a straight line. If I don't step a little further to the left my hips jam up and I end up swinging my arm around my body or leaning back and throwing anhyzer.

If your problem is rounding you can stand facing a wall and only give yourself enough room to pull straight.
