Were 4 and 5x JK Valks made with CE plastics ?

Looking at a 5x JK Valk on Feebay that is being sold as CE so I questioned whether the seller maybe got the pictures mixed up and here is the response I got.

Quote:
no sir.the 4 and 5x valkyries are ce,innovas older discs can contain the ce resigns without saying ce on the disc ;] . thx for your interest, these are great long lasting valkyries.
Any insight someone might have would be greatly appreciated.

Juliana won her 5th in 03 I believe and they made 5x valks up until a year or so ago so I would say no to 5x. There are a few 4x that I have had that have that ce feel to them

The jk pro 4x's I'm pretty sure are considered late CE blends, but not the 5x's. FWIW on ebay people list things as ce/first run/whatever just so their listing will pop up on more searches. I'm almost positive the regular run 4x's are not CE as well, but I wouldn't be surprised if the first few runs were.

This is an interesting topic b/c I also have a 5x JK Valk that I found at 158g, I noticed that it has the white streaks that some CE plastic is known for and is extremely flat on top. It is also extremely gummy like a very soft champ plastic. I have never held a CE edition disc so I have no idea if its close to the feel.

Some 4x's were CE blend. No 5x's are CE.

some of the bar stamp 4x jk pros were ce blended, similar to pro line leopards. I don't think I've seen an opaque 4x jk pro with the newer bar stamp, all of those were translucent champ plastic that might have had some late ce in them. regular champ stamped 4x and 5x weren't anything special, there are some sweet ones out there such as pearlies and I've seen some flat 4x zipper topped valks that flew more like firebirds. 5x valks haven't been stamped in quite some time, they went to a regular stamp without the jk sig on them before the Christian sandstorm stamped star valks.
