I recently added a VIP underworld to the bag, and to my surprise it is a fair bit more understable than my TP. Thrown flat it flies exactly as the Inbounds chart suggests it would: hard to the left (LHBH), then a little fade back at the end. My TP flies mainly just straight. The VIP is 4 grams lighter.

Aren't Opto/VIP usually a little MORE stable than their GL/TP counterparts?

Is this disc understable enough to throw hyzer, flip flat, and finish anny? And if so, are the lighter TP too flippy to even work with?

I ask because my amp still has more fade than i would like on some shots.

My Underworld is more understable than my Amp. I have two shots at my course that require a very high and very left to right shot. I have no forehand. Anyway, the Underworld makes that shot with no wind. The Amp when i have some wind in my face.

Huh. Perhaps one of your Underworlds is a freak? I've thrown 8-10 Underworlds in both plastics, and all of the Tournaments I've thrown have been more US than the VIPs.

How flat is your Tourney? I have one that is much flatter than the others that may be a hair more stable, but it's hard to tell since it's 166.

The Underworld is built to make that shot.

I've long suspected my TP Underworld is a freak (it is a factory second with a Finnish Manala stamp) - it doesn't mind wind either. The VIP one flies a lot like the Diamond, likes a little hyzer on release for sure.

Yeah, it sounds like that's the case to me. If you pick up another Tourney at some point, you should report back with your findings!

Just ordered a 168 Tournament Underworld. Hope it can fulfill my needs!

New course opened up and it has a ton of sharp Anhyzer shots and if you can make them it rewards you well.

I bought a Tursas looking for a shorter Underworld, lol

They are pretty close in stability for me.
