Drive critique - 4 throws @ full speed, slow, and sloooow

Currently averaging 360ft on flat ground with control, 410ish if I just want to get it out there. Looking to add consistency and wouldn't mind a bit more controlled distance.

self critique - my left hand probably stays on the disc a bit longer than most and it seems like my hips start throwing before my shoulders even fully "wind up" if that makes sense. Anybody?

I'm very interested in hearing some feedback! Thanks!

You could probably reach back more to the left side of the teepad (away from your body). It looks like you're dropping your shoulder, then jerking it back up; not driving it forward.

Get your hips into it and slow down so you can accelerate through the hit while maintaining good balance and posture. Your posture is lost and has folded the upper body over in the finish instead of being nice and balanced and stacked through impact into the finish. At your max reachback you are way too tilted/leaned back away from the target instead of turning the hips and shoulders back and then throwing your upper body forward leaving the hips behind instead of leading the core rotation with the hips. It's gonna feel quite different and require some steps backwards to move forward.
