It looks like you could get more momentum from your x-step if you hopped more laterally (less vertically).

If Karma works I think we should have you throwing about 1400' by September.
Thanks

I think they do this with the arm to sort of press off with their lats. Definitely unique. Avery also rotates completely around his plant (almost looks like his right knee is going to snap in two). I wonder if what GG and Avery do with their left arm is something that only translates well to distance rather than accuracy (Don't get me wrong they are great golfers as well as long throwers, but I don't see a lot of guys have that sort of movement with their left arms).....who knows?
Robbie Bratten also does that with his arm at the hit. I think it counters the throwing action more somehow, maybe stops the shoulder rotation for more arm whip.

I hit my body with the left arm coming through and I'm wearing a short and long tee and 2 sweatshirts and I'm a beefcake.

It looks fine to me in older videos without all the padding.

You always tell me to lead with my right butt cheek more at the plant. Knowing this, I'm surprised at how sideways your hips are at the plant.

Also, at 5:20...I had no idea Roger Clemens could frolf like that...

It's a subtle difference with the hips, my front hip is still to the left side of the tee compared to the rear hip at the plant, so it's closed. When you are planting in your vids your front hip is inline or past the line so it's neutral to open.

Roger Clemens at 5:20?

I don't necessarily agree with that advice. Scott Stokely said elbow in is the biggest misconception in disc golf, the most important thing is to lead with the elbow. I've tried keeping the elbow to the hip and it hurts everytime, and don't get much distance. I think the important thing is to make sure you don't fully extend the elbow before release and don't try to throw 100%.

Well you look like the rocket to me from that angle...

I know this thread is supposed to be for people to critique your form, but to me it's very helpful to see you doing the things you talk about in other peoples' threads. When you tell me to close my hip more it's hard to judge how much, but seeing you do it and how subtle it is is very helpful.
