Pre-Flight Numbers???

So right now I am bagging a star pre-flight leopard and teebird and I love both of them. My question is, what is the difference between say a teebird with #s and one without?

The one with numbers has numbers on it, the one without numbers doesn't have numbers.

Between my two older Star TB's one PFN and one with numbers the PFN is a bit more stable. They both have been beat in quite a bit. The one with numbers is a bit flippy and I've had to tune it back to get more use out of it.

the real difference is plastic material (firm/floppy) and shape (more/less domey).
now when these changes occur is probably all over the place.
perhaps this majorly started when flight numbers began coming, I don't know.
But I know for sure that plastic material and shape make a huge difference in feel and flight.

even when discs are more grippy or whatever, that feel also can translate into affecting your throw/disc flight.

Older ≠ Better - that's a big assumption that can't ring true for every mold out there.

I have 7 preflight champ and star teebirds, they are flatter and a little bit more stable. The flight number 12x teebirds can be really domey, you can find flatter ones, but not like the ones without flight numbers.

In my opinion the pre flight 12x teebirds are very very similar to 11x ca molds.

At some point in the future, perhaps the very near future, Innova will change their stamp. The flight numbered discs will double in value. So grab onto all the flight numbered discs you can* because for sure you'll be getting rich selling them on ebay.

* should not be considered an investment

its such a joke. ill never pay extra for no flight numbers. they can put any stamp they want on their discs, just stop making slanted/+ rims and not telling us
