man there is so many ridiculously good eats but not ''fast''.
If I had to suggest 1 place that's fast cheap and delicious.. check out a place they showed on man vs food.

If you go, get the two bagger with fried egg, extra cheese, bacon and mushrooms lol! with a lagunitas sucks to drink!

you'll have to leave the city and head to the burbs to play anything halfway decent. When is the concert? There is a nine hole course at ITT (I think), but your best bet would be to hit the joliet area depending on how much time you have. Depending on when the concert is, there is a chance that a really nice course in Roundlake might be playable (not sure exactly when everything is going to be finalized there).

If you go to the Joliet area......I would play Highland, Channahon, Mokena, Round Barn, West Park......My most favorite to least in that area.

July 19-21 are the dates of the shows.

Any food favorites? anything in particular you want that Chicago is famous for? Do you like ethnic food?

Katherine Legge Memorial Park
is not to far out and probably the best within close proximity. Can get there by public transit with a little walking too. Its a fun course.

Another vote for the Joliet area, you can get there in an hour depending on where you are gonna be in the city. There are 6-7 18 or more hole courses there. Highland park in Joliet is probably the best.

Thanks everyone, keep the info coming.

smyith, I eat anything and everything. Something indigenous to Chicago would be good too. Let me know what you think.

check out Kumas Corner in the city, they now have 2 locations. If you like amazingly out of this world burgers and beers, this is a must stop place

^ that woulda been a recommendation of mine except he said "fast"

Kumas corner wait can easily exceed a 1hr wait during lunch and dinner/evenings. If you got the time... DO IT! and make sure to make your own mac n cheese. everyone goes for the burgers but you really gotta get both! lol
