Millenium Plastic = or Similar to Innova CE?

Alright, I did search threads to find this information, but didn't really come up with anything.
Pictured below is my 10x KC Pro Banshee. I understand this disc is considered CE plastic.
Below that is a Millenium Orion LS that I bought today. Now I'm not a CE expert by any means. I know there are those of you who can just pick up a disc and know if its CE or not.
To me the Orion LS feels exactly like the 10x KC Pro Banshee. There's a tackiness to it and the underside of the disc smudges just like the Banshee.
So I know Innova owns/operates Millenium. Does Millenium use CE or CE type plastic for some of their current discs? Does anyone know if the Orion LS would be considered CE plastic?

stereotypically jumping on a MILL topic

Millennium is designed by Dave Dunipace with guidance/approval from Millennium
Millennium is produced by Innova
Millennium is owned by wholesale/retailer Discs Unlimited out of Kansas
prior to that Millennium was owned by John Houck of Austin TX
prior to that Millennium was co-owned/co-founded by John and the owner(?) of Innova East, Harold Duvall

Millennium plastics over the years have had the exact same plastic blend as their contemporary Innova runs.
MILL discs produced during 10x Banshee era were the same plastic
Your Orion LS is Pro plastic; older "G4"-marked Orions are a nice 2005 blend of Pro, nicer than modern Pro
There ARE many Millennium CE models, like some early Quantum models
There's currently nothing in production that is "CE"
The CE era ended before anything from the Orion line, released in 2005
The plastic equivalents are:
baseline plastic, named "Millennium Plastic" = Pro
Quantum = Champion
Sirius = Star
there is no MILL DX

Helpful forum users will now regurgitate Millennium info I posted years ago on another forum
There's a good list floating around of all the run numbers and identifiers for Millennium "CE" discs. The ONLY Orions produced in a CE-like plastic were a handful of prototypes, and my buddies pretty much lost 'em all one way or another
