My disc selection

A little background. I am a former college and minor league pitcher. I played disc golf a lot in high-school and the last 6 months I have played a good bit. I was lurking so thought I would get some expert opinion on my bag.

Forehand- 320-400
Backhand- 280-330

Fairway

11x Eagle
12x Champion Teebird
11x Champion Teebird- Fresh
11x Champion Teebird- Old
Another Teebird I think it is CE stamp is worn off and I forget what it is
Z Stalker

Long Distance
3x Champion Pearly Orcs ( go to Driver)
1 ESP FLX Surge
1 ESP Surge

Midrange
1 ESP Hornet
1 Z Hornet
1 ESP Wasp
1 Platinum ( just bought it) Wasp
1 Z Buzz

Putters
2 Driving JK Avairs one flippy one new
2 Beat putting JK Avairs

Been putting really bad any suggestions would be cool. Might just be me though.

That's my bag. Appreciate any suggestions.

Looks like a pretty solid setup! Maybr you would like a more understable mid unless the Z Buzzz covers that role for you. Meteor or Comet would be the obvious choice if you are Discraft mid-range committed. Also maybe a more OS driver like a Firebird for dependable beefiness and utility shots.

I was a college pitcher as well and OS distance drivers have helped me get a ton a FH distance. Try out an Ape, XCal Flick or Giant on a FH and I bet you can add to your max d. I get the Ape out to 450-475 a pretty good bit.

^I agree^ If you are getting your orcs out that far you could benifit from a faster OS disc. With a baseball background it would be silly not to add a tomahawk and or a thummer to your game.

Thanks for the suggestions. I added a Firebird and Comet to the bag. My two home courses are more technical than long and open. There is a 380 foot downhill which I have no trouble getting my orc there. The other course has an uphill 320 as its longest hole. When I go to the longer courses I'll carry a Firebird and/ or Crush. The comet was not in my bag because I usually will just throw a forehand. It is something I defiantly need to improve on and stuck it in there for practice.
