I think that this is one of my favorite dyes I have seen yet. Great work! And go Hawks!

Thumbs down

I did mine last night and I effed it up pretty bad. the design itself is fine, but it is not even close to centered.

So I'm the first to fail my challenge. I am hopefully getting a bunch of new plastic for Christmas (that and a basket are all I asked for from my wife). If I do then I'll redo it.

It's on a new Star Boss 171 g. if anyone wants it you can have it for $15 shipped.

Dude, just because it isn't centered doesnt mean anything! Your lines look sweet, and dont see any bleeds. In my book you did more than OK. If it bothers you that much you can always put some text at the bottom were you have more space. Something like "Dye Challenge" or something like that. Just make it look intended. That is only if it bothers you. Good Job!!!

Thanks. the dye itself is fine, just the placement. And really, that's what pisses me off. Had I noticed it before I dyed it I would have taken off the vinyl and redone it. now I'm stuck with it and I don't know what I'm going to do with it. I have another Boss on its way that will definitely have a spot in my bag

Skinner21: Looks fine, I have also had some issues getting the vinyl centered when using star plastic. Looks great other than that.

Its still good! I found to help center the disc is to draw an outline of the disc on the contact paper to use as a guide while placing the disc down on it. Or you could cheat and use a champion/clear disc! Those are easy to center up!
I might suggest if you decide to try again (cause that could be a REALLY tight disc!) make the image a little large to take up the entire space of the disc, Would definitely be worth a shot!

I really like the idea of running the lines past the edges. It would look awesome and be way easier to center too. Thanks for the idea.
