I ordered specific colors from there twice and they just sent whatever colors they felt like sending. Since then, I've spent hundreds of dollars at Marshall Street, Discgolfcenter, and Community Discs where I get EXACTLY what I ordered.

I ordered a Voodoo over a year ago that said "all of these are brick red just like the picture." My Voodoo was bright green. I ordered a blue Magic, and they sent a tomato orange Magic. That was it for me.

Yea their website is a joke. A graphic design intern would make a world of difference. I don't understand how a company could settle for such a clunky and unattractive interface. It's worse than ordering from a catalog.

Jeebus, personal service is what they excel at. They give great phone. Call them for St. Pete's sake.

I've never had a problem with Clearwater when I've been specific. I put in the comments what I'm looking for and if there are any issues, Wendy always calls. My son's favorite color is Orange and I ordered from them for his birthday. I explained in the comments what I was looking for and why. Not only did they call to make sure the order was correct, they sent a bunch of free stickers and a hand written note wishing him a happy birthday.

I pre-ordered a disc from them once. They called me up, described the discs they had, I made a choice, and they mailed me my disc. Really helpful over the phone, never made me feel rushed or anything. Genuinely nice people. Get 'em on the horn!
