Great idea Tim. There are just so many posts all the time that I can't browse the forums. I only ever look at threads I see on the homepage.

Just include the forum id's you want to exclude separated by a "," and it'll skip over those posts. You could make a custom bookmark for it in your browser and just click that to see new posts in the forums you're interested in.

If you exclude a parent forum (8) does it also exclude the child forums (32 & 33)?

Doesn't seem to do that for me....

I have to do this to exclude all Water Cooler and sub-forum posts:
