Kansas State University - Manhattan

I was just filling out some info for this course and it's a bit confusing. Is there an 18 hole *and* a 28 hole layout or did the 28 replace the old 18? I have 2 maps with 2 sets of pars and distances and I was hoping I could clear this up.

If any locals could let me know what's going on with this course that would be great.
