The PDGA is taking over disc golf! They're not professional enough! We better lowercase that 'p' so the good word spreads! Viva la resistance!

Can I convince you that it was a deliberate error? That if the "pDGA" was just a persistent typo, I wanted to join in, in my own way?

Haha, sure, you can convince me -- I was pretty convinced you did it on purpose. I scoured the rest of the "it's" and "who's" and fully expected a "loose" in the closing, but to no avail. Let's just say you were being subtle with the "to". (And I'm not an expert at all, so I couldn't rule on "people's".)

It's easy to hide the waste when you break down a million & a half expenses into 15-20 categories and then claim that's enough. Perhaps it's enough to comply with the IRS but the pDGA certainly doesn't want folks to really know how much they shovel to their connected pet projects and people. For just one example try asking what the pDGA got for $89,000 for consultants in 2012 and see what they won't disclose. Then tell us how transparent they aren't. But that would take too much effort for you I bet.
If the pDGA could reduce it's expenditures by 20% (and reduce your theoretical membership fees by $10) would you then call it PDGA?

It is because the pDGA is not professionally administered in the vast majority of its operation.
Tho my specific reasons are not the same as Mike, this is the same reason why I do it. I don't always do it tho, if I am discussing something they are doing right...haha...I capitalize the p, but it doesn't happen too often.

Alas, I confess: I only typed "to bright" because I'm not too bright. I realized the error after the edit period was over, and trusted no one would notice.
