Wasn't expecting to see this in my stomping grounds. I go to Griggs all the time and never seen any boomeranging. I did find an Aerobie Orbiter at Simsbury though. No number, so my son and I took it home to chuck it around.

This thread is chock full of win.

I remember there was this boomerang team commercial (in hindsight I'm pretty sure it was a beer commercial) when I was a kid. The guys threw their boomerangs and then waited all day drinking beer. Right at sunset, all the boomerangs returned "together".

I believed it. Then an Australian relative gave me an authentic boomerang. Just wasn't the same.

That sounds like what happened to this Arch Angel I used to have

Yeah he will let you try em out if you ever make it out there. I think he said he was a world record holder at one point?... The funniest thing happened while we were all trying them out. He has a lone birdhouse in his front yard on a pole in the middle of the field, nothing around. Well a discer tosses the boomerang up out around and down, wait for it.... SMASH the birdhouse exploded!! Whoopsie!! I don't think any birds were harmed in all this fun.

Yeah I got around 20+ pairs of cutoff jean shorts, super tight nut hugging kind. They rock!
