Right on nate. These things aren't cheap. I almost lost one I on my way out to play. I damn near quit looking. Finally found it. Shew... I don't understand folks like that guy. Hopefully, he's just trying to get a troll out of it.

I don't understand why some people think its ok to keep discs they find.
You know, almost everyone in the group I usually shoot with thinks this way and I can't understand it. I have tried many times to get them to call and they just don't. I've always called numbers and once found one with no ink but did ask people on the course if it was theirs.

I got a new star roadrunner this way when a friend found it in the snow last winter. he threw it once and it burned on him. he was gonna leave it in the snow but i dug it up and called the guy and he said i could keep it. its a major part of my bag now cuz i was struggling to find one i liked after i had lost one that was a perfect turnover like one i had lost months before. love these kinda stories. good for u H.R for trying and keep it up sir! *salute*

Good move ... I've found several, called and returned most.. a few of the phone numbers were no longer working etc.. But I know that I've done my part..

Cool story... First day playing disc golf with my son we were at a course throwing wham o ultimate freebies, it was all we had, thought we would just give it a shot as something different to do... Well, we found a disc that day and called the number the guy met us right away at the park.. When he showed up and saw what we were throwing he gave us an Avair Wedge, my first disc... now about 35 disc later and a full-blown addiction to DG I have him to thank..all it took was one call.

I have found like 4 discs with numbers on the back this year. Every single one I called back and they told me to keep it, well one guy was out of town and still hasn't called me back. It's pretty awesome not being a DB and getting rewarded for it.
