Terry Roddy (DGPTV)was in the same perdicament that you are describing above. His group all decided to restart and he was playing fairly well. I was in the same situation as well and we were near each other on the course so we finished together. If you find yourself being abandoned on a hot round you can find any Course Marshall or Certified Official (not positive about this one) and they can walk with you so you can finish your round.

Good luck. the Monday Qualifier is almost as exciting as the event itself.
you start with a minimum of 3 players you can finish with 2 if it gets down to one you either fall back and join qualifying group behind you or contact me via # I will give you and we will get someone out to walk with you.

as a past winner i am pretty sure Nikko is automatically qualified BUT he still has to register and pay his entry. I am assuming he is just not coming by his own decision.

Qualification is based on the previous year only. Climo had to earn his spot this year. That said, Nikko did qualify based on last year's performance, but it looks like he didn't register by the 8/31 deadline.

You made it up in your head.

There used to be a qualifying exemption for past champions, but that went away in 2012.

The eligible competitors page for this year on USDGC.com shows Climo qualifying at the HOF Classic, Schultz at Southern Nationals, Doss at the Memorial, and Feldberg, Locastro, and Schusterick at 2012 USDGC, so it appears that there's no past champions exemption this year as well.

Regardless, past champions still had to register and pay (or have a sponsor pay) the entry fee.

No way he doesn't come. He's just got to play his way in on Monday.

Send a message via AIM to _MTL_ Send a message via Yahoo to _MTL_
so Cale and Nikko are irresponsible, don't register, and now get to re-qualify and likely take 2 spots from players?

This has been the worst thing about USDGC over the years.
