Disc Sports

Does anybody else play any other frisbee-related sports alongside disc golf?

I'm starting to get back into Ultimate on a serious level again, and have played DDC a few times, and both are a ton of fun.

Just curious!

DDC stands for Double Disc Court. Here is a video of the game in action:

Double Disc Court. It's like doubles tennis in a way.

There are two 13x13 yards courts 17 yards apart. Each court has two players in it (on the same team). Each team has 1 disc. On the command both teams throw their discs.

The object is to get the disc to land in and stay in their court, get them to drop it, and get two discs in their court simultaneously (held). Or, to pressure them into issing your court.

After the intial throw, it's on one team to go first (the team who scored last). When they throw their shot, your partner waits to throw his until the last second... when you are about to ctch the disc he throws a big hyzer... as the hyzer is about to be caught by the other team, you throw a Burn at them so both discs get there at the same time.

Depending on what happens... the scenario changes...
but sometimes long rallies insue and it gets really exciting.

Here's a video

The OB is everything except the inside of the box. If you touch the line it's out.
