It's ok, I think the question just should have been worded differently

I have been thinking of buying a machete for a couple local courses here. Namely Simsbury, which is a good course but the OB/rough is sincerely ROUGH. Literally overgrown everywhere that isn't fairway. Suffice to say my friends have lost many discs here. It's too bad because I feel like it's a bit disrespectful to avid players when a favorite course is so unforgiving that you WILL lose a disc if you have a bad throw, because much of that rough is literally impenetrable. I need a machete and some napalm...

Took the survey, just a few minutes. Fall is the worst here North Carolina. Disc slide under Oak leaves. I lost 1 last Fall and found 11 or so kicking around the leaves while looking for mine.
