I like doing windmills with my arms and shoulders and also doing jumping jacks. I also try to loosen up my legs and back.

Ballistic stretching and general warming up and getting loose. I equate it to warming up for pitching in baseball.

It would take me half a round to get warmed up at my age now if I didn't warm up beforehand.
