I'll bite

I assume Z-tier means unsanctioned and there are no rules about division signup (i.e. pay more if you want to try to win more). I also assume no extra charge for non-PDGA members and no dress code. I also assume that signup is only the morning of the tournament. I am not a member of the website that is provided for details...................I assume duffers and noobs are welcome.

Yep, Z-tier is unsanctioned, no PDGA fees apply, no dress code other than covering your privates, hiking shoes recommended. Signup is only morning of and everyone is welcome from world champs to noobs. Generally for divisions Gold is for players rated >950, Silver is 900-950, Bronze is <900.
