Glad to hear that from someone with a *few* more courses under their belt than me.
I am going to add this to my list of places to play!
gotta spread the Iowa DG love. Wildcat is easily my favorite course in the state, which admittedly is a bit starved for epic courses.

I live in des moines iowa 2.5 hrs from wildcat and it is my favorite course ever and i play it 4 to 5 times a year the setting is unbelievable .

One hole on my local course is a hard dogleg right. I always throw a thumber because my annys suck and usually don't make the turn. My thumber will come right around this tree and usually roll and end up about 30 ft. from the basket. Today it did not. I heard a loud smack which didn't sound like your usual disc hitting a tree sound. Very strange sound. It was wedged tight about 9 ft. up. It was a SOB to get out!
