or other? If other please explain.
The Gorilla bag has more disc space and less pocket space,
I now have the Innova Competition bag, carry about 18 discs no problem including 2 in the putter pocket.
I want more pocket space for longer days. Even my Deluxe bag had a bigger pocket than this.
Thanks for the input

i liked my innova deluxe big pocket. Ive got a fade gear tourny bag now and i could def go WITHOUT the 2 drink holders and place one BIG pocket on the other side

It depends on whether you carry a lot of fluids or not. I bought my Innova competition bag because it has two large cupholders.

If you carry 18 discs, the Silverback won't be large enough for you. The Kong will (and is the upgraded version of the Gorilla) be though. When my Comp wears out I'll probably look at a Kong bag. I carry a lot of stuff and would rather have more room than less.

I voted 'Other.'

I've got an Innova Tournament bag, and the bottom of the drink holders has worn out. It constantly rubs on the ground, and the mesh lining is gone. Another few rounds and I expect my thermos to just fall through and I'll leave it behind.

So I've been in a market for a new bag myself. I bought a Fade bag for my wife and she loves it. And I think it is very good too. They raise the drink holders off the ground, for one. Tons of pocket space. Lots of nice things.

So I am going to buy a Fade Tournament bag. That's why I voted "Other."

Silverback,18 discs, 16 in main compartment and 2 in putter pocket.... should work right?

I think the Kong would be cool for long tourney/hiking days but besides that may be overkill.

ya you should not need to carry more than 18 discs, i only carry 14 now and i think i carry too many, i used to carry about 20 in my innova comp bag but now the center of the disc compartment has been made into a towel holding area

carrying too many discs will only hurt your game because you'll have too many discs to choose from and you will fret about every shot a lot more, keep it simple

great choice on gorilla boy by the way. good guys making quality products.

This morning I called the customer service number..."Is Chris available?" A gal answered the phone and said "Hold on one second" after banging on the door for a bit, and some background noise I got a holf of Chris...
Sounded like a home number. But that is probably a good thing. I'd rather support this 30yr old dude and his kids than some giant company with an inferior product. I just wanna stuff 16 discs in the main compartment of a Silverback.

The dual drink holders is the reason why I am looking at the fade gear tourney bag. I have the crunch now and find a H20 bottle makes it through the first 9 for me.

there are much more cheaper options out there, that why i think gorilla boy is a waste.

If I was going to upgrade I would get the Innova Discarrier. That's going to be my next bag. I have a Fade Tour bag that I got from my nephew when he gave up on disc golf. To me its the same size as my Innova Competition bag.

I have the fade tourney as well. i like the insulated drink holders...but i dont need 2 of them. I would to have seen the drink holder on one side gone and them make a big pocket similar to what the innova deluxe bag has

In my opinion, if you're going to pay top dollar for a top of the line bag, you would think the GB bags wouldn't have such small junk zippers… I traded mine away the 2nd week I had it! Even the way cheaper Fade bags has better zippers!

There is absolutely no way that GB Bags will ever be in the same ballpark as Revo…

Fade Tourney, that's what I'm going to get the day my crunch box drink holding limitations finally get me.

For me, having two drink holders is a big thing. In a tournament round on a warm day, I'll easily go through two full liters of water, so one bottle holder just doesn't cut it. I love my competition bag, and it's going strong after 600+ rounds on 100+ courses in the last two years.

I've heard and considered all the arguments as to why GB bags are overpriced and after a few months of ownership I completely disagree. The quality equals the price. I don't in any way regret spending the money. Being able to support an independent business and craftsman made it all that much sweeter a purchase.

So whats all this about crappy zippers?
Are they really that bad? Zippers on my competition bag seem standard.
Also the Revo Carolina holds 12-14 in main.
GB 14-16
I know its a small difference but I carry 16 in main now.
