"Lefty hole": it's much more open coming in left to right. But if you right handers don't have a good forehand, you're stuck like me trying to throw a low rhbh hyzer line that can sneak in close under the pine branches guarding that line. breezes here can also affect your height off the tee.

Straight, flat to slightly downhill, this shot is affected by the usual headwinds that you really can't feel too well when you're back in the wooded tee area. So guesstimate the breezes as you walk up to the tee, and choose your disc depending. I will throw a River if it's calm, and a Teebird if there's a headwind.

Another blind hole, you're gunning off the hill and around the tree line hard left (not at the basket on the right that you CAN see). I'm a big believer in my TeeBird for this shot, thrown on a rhby hyzer line.

Walk out to the right of the tee a little to be sure any group ahead of you has finished putting out. Then, choose a disc that can fade hard left, up beyond the stairs, to avoid going into the branches early.

This fairway is open enough for a slightly left to right shot to get you close. Choose a disc that can get you there (just slightly uphill) and is slightly under-stable (rhbh).

This shortie is an ace run and a gut check, depending on the situation. The water (and mud) in the creek is often a mess, and almost always called OB for a tournament. If you throw a putter straight at it, establishing in-bounds, but missing beyond, you get a lay-in circle three. If you want to play it safer, sliding in low and left is your best bet for the deuce.

The best throw here for rhbh players is an over-stable mid (mine's a Tensor) level to slightly elevated, and to the right side of the fairway, so that it gets past the bend, and glides down left toward the basket.

A lot of folks groan at this hole, but I have seen it deuced. The key is a controlled tee shot straight up the gut, ideally to the bend, and best if it can finish to the right there. Obviously if you get into tree trouble, pitch out if you must, because scrambling for a four or five won't lose too many strokes on the rest of the pack. A three here is a really good score.

Choose a mid or putter that works left to right and tee off under control to get through the early trees on either side. I throw a really beat dx Roc (rhbh) that will drift right and give me a chance at this one.

Looks long, but the down-slope means it isn't. Disc down, let your mid (or even over-stable putter) work to the bend in the fairway and glide down left towards the basket. There are plenty of trees left down there to force second shot lines, but better to make the bend than to overthrow your tee shot and kick deep in the woods.
