Slight uphill shot. For advanced players that are right handed and throw primarily backhand I would recommend a midrange thrown right at the basket. If you have a thumber then that is another good choice. For the midrange you want to throw a roc or buzzz type disc right at the basket. Its better to be a little deep then short on this hole.
