Because this hole is significantly downhill, it can be surprisingly reachable for even an average arm (like mine) --BUT-- you do need to flex a rhbh throw into a classic S around the first set of trees on the right, and back left past the branches of the tree that's 80% of the way there (when the basket is in its usual position). My broken in blizzard destroyer can sometimes get close for me.
