That's interesting. If you see the pic of mine, I have no clear line. I filled the bottom about halfway and let it sit for only a couple hours. The overmold will take dye but I hear it loses its glow-ocity.
my kc whippets are the most reliable discs in my bag hands down. anyone try the star whippets?
I have a Lat 64 Trident and it's kinda like a whippet with more glide, also a very reliable disc.

Yea the bottom dye worked out well and I just soaked up the remaining dye with paper towels so I didn't have to risk getting it on the rim from pouring it out.
Does anyone know if the white outer rim of a MVP Eclipse disc will take dye? I'm hoping to easily make a "reverse stormtropper" type of disc... i.e. dye the disc black but keep the stamp and rim white.
