I get that Discraft gets a lot of grassroots promotion from the Underground, but what’s in it for the players? Like, why should I apply besides the fact that it is cool to say you are on a team?
As a woman playing disc golf, “grow the sport” benefits me a ton. If the sport grows to include more woman, I have more people to compete with. That is way more fun and will help me get better.
